Episode 31: It’s all about the Effen Beer!

Global warming iceberg wranglers, wayward beer couriers, big messy jobs and industrial-strengh irrigation – it’s all about variety on this episode of Two Schooners. Pull up a stool and make yourself at home while we also discuss movember’s facial hair and learn how Dave’s scrub turkey took a mandatory rest-break.

Once again, the lids come off and the amber ale flows (again all over Dave’s mixer), there’s just too much fun to be had as we career head long into Christmas on Episode 31 of Two Schooners where it’s all about the Effen Beer!

In a week where you can literally taste the dust, Dave’s mixer get’s a taste of the liquid gold, amber courage and comes off a little worse for wear. Not as bad as the new name for Vegemite as some marketing bright-spark genius decides that ‘isnack 2.0′ will convince more people to eat their poo-brown concoction of processed cheese and the old Australian favourite. This is just some of the tastiest morsels simmering away at the bottom of the bag, this week, as Dave and James settle in to the bar, with an ice-cold brew for the 30th episode of 2Schooners.

Dave Gray and James Williams finally meet (in person) after recording the Two Schooners podcast for seven months. They are joined by Cait from the Aussie Geek Podcast in the studio in Sydney. Together they recap the 2Schooners/Podcasters Emporium/AGP meetup in Sydney on 10 July 2009.

Thanks to @misswired, who took some awesome shots at the events and shared her camera around. Here are two awesome shots of James doing his Uncle Fester impression and Dave being… well, Dave.
