Plurk Anyone?

Twitter’s inability to gain control of their stability issues may reap rewards for new entrant Plurk.

The buzz on twitter’s own systems have been about plurk – a system which timelines messages and allows users to reply within the tweet, so you can view a question and replies all in one place.
Plurk allows you to follow people as fans or add them as friends, adding an extra level of privacy control.

Also cool is the ability to change the verb so you can say James (feels, is, has etc.) before the plurk. This is one of the features Facebook users were so frustrated with when they could not modify the ‘is’.

The loyalty to twitter amongst some appears to be quite strong, with some saying they are just coming to plurk ‘for a look’, or ‘just in case’. I wonder how many will end up staying?
