In this episode of Podcasters Emporium, I speak to Dave Gray, host of the Aussie Geek Podcast, and the successful program Global Geek Podcast on TPN. We speak to Dave about his decision to deconsolidate from the network and become independent. We also discuss and examine the challenges of moving and setting yourself up as an independent podcaster after being connected with a network.
This is part one of a two-part series and in the next episode we look at the importance Community plays in building a successful podcast. We also then look at the Aussie Geek Podcast Community and the techniques Dave uses to foster this community.
