Tackle Zone Radio #003 – Entering into a New Age

~Okay, Looks like it’s working now.  Here (FINALLY) is Episode three!~

In this episode Shawn talks…a lot. Like seriously. Matt edited out a full 20 minutes of other stuff and the show STILL reached the 1 hour 30 mins mark. But it’s content rich. It’s bucking the economic crisis. And that content was:

Cheating in the Blood Bowl Video Game by Cyanide Studios. Conclusion: Cheaters = squeezers. Whatever that means. Must be some sort of Canadian thing.

Brilliant Coaching -The LRB 6.0 New Rules and Rule Changes. Result: The new experimental rules are awesome and really streamline the game.

Roster Dissection – Slann. The End is Nigh… The Old Ones are HERE!!!

  1. Great show guys, well worth the wait. And dont blame mighty Nuffle, blames Bill Gates for providing a substandard playing field.

    Keep up the good work.

  2. Good Show guys. Those Slann sound interesting but leave it to GW to have a 20 year old team still without minis. Maybe the Innsmouth Eagles.

We also use LRB 6 in our league so I am always getting new and older rules confused.

  5. Charlie,
I’ve gotta put up the Dungeon Bowl Q&A, then the Squig Rules are on the ‘Do-List’
    So stay tuned!

  6. Another good show gang! LRB 6.0 sounds great. Being a longtime lizardman player these Slann sound fun although I admit I do cringe a bit since their concept so contradicts my inner Warhammer Fantasy picture.

Hey, I have a Coaches Corner suggestion. I’d like game advice on tactics for setting up on the pitch. I tend to put all my guys on the LOS and just go for it but I’ve seen wiser players do much better than that! I’d like to do better myself.

  7. Yeah set up is something that is very important ComradeK. Or at least I like to think so :P

So I’m sure we can do a segment on that soon after all the Gen Con goodness.
