I generally don’t enforce the Illegal procedure but once in a tournament I had someone who I would nudge when he would forget but he would try to pull me up on anything that was going on.
We were on the last turn of the game where if he scored he would have forced overtime so I waited after taking all of his crap for him to move the figure rather than turn counter which he did.
Let’s just say he didn’t like loosing like that but the Commissioner liked how I played it after the rules lawyering he did
